Bernie's Mint-Melon Rum Bowl


  • 750 ml of boiling water
  • 15g Natural Moose St.Moritz
  • Tea 220 g of sugar
  • 250 ml lime juice
  • 4 stalk (s) of mint
  • 250 ml of brown rum
  • 500 ml of mineral water
  • Crushed ice

Step 1

Pour 750 ml of boiling water over the St.Moritz Tea and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Remove the tea, add the sugar and lime juice and stir. Chill the tea. Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems

Step 2

Mix the tea, rum and mineral water. Pour ice into the glasses and pour on the cocktail. Garnish with the mint leaves.
