Vancouver Mocktail Moose


  • 500 ml naturally cloudy apple juice
  • 500 ml cold Natural Moose Vancouver Tea
  • 100 ml lemon juice
  • 80 ml maple syrup
  • 200 ml of brown rum
  • 2 apples
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 bunch of thyme

Step 1

Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the Vancouver Tea and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Halve the apples, cut one half into thin wedges and set aside for decoration. Finely dice the rest. Cut the lemons into thin slices.

Step 2

Put the apple juice in a pot with our Vancouver Tea. Add the lemon juice and maple syrup and mix well. Add the lemon wedges and apple cubes. Finally add the thyme.

Tip: The drink can be drunk hot or cold over ice.
